Purpose of this site
ampull.lu is an information site about the Am Pull residential quarter in the commune of Niederanven. The form lets interested buyers sign up, without obligation, to be notified when Phase I sales begin.
This site is not an offer of sale. Joining the list gives no claim to a home and constitutes neither a preliminary contract nor a reservation.
A jointly signed convention between iSOLUTIONS S.à r.l., trading as ImmoSolutions, and Arend & Fischbach Promotion Immobilière covers a share of the Phase I homes. Sales and advice for that share are provided on this basis. The remaining Phase I units and the later building phases are not covered.
Project information
Areas, unit counts, typologies and timings are based on the masterplan SN 01 “Am Pull” (January 2016) and the applicable general development plan (PAG) of the commune of Niederanven. They reflect the current planning stage and may change during the PAP procedure.
The Phase I sales launch is currently expected in early 2027. This is a planning assumption, not a guaranteed date. Prices and floor plans are not yet fixed at the time of publication and will be announced at the launch.
