What we collect
When you join the list we store your name, email address, optional phone number, the type of home you are interested in, any message, your chosen language, plus IP address, browser identifier and the time of sign-up. The technical data documents your consent.
Why we use it
Only to inform you about the Am Pull development – floor plans, prices and the sales launch. No advertising for other products, no sharing or selling to third parties.
Legal basis
Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, confirmed through the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in).
Retention
Until you withdraw consent, and at the latest 24 months after Phase I sales are completed.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time – by email to info@ampull.lu or via the unsubscribe link in every message. Complaints can be addressed to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.
Hosting and recipients
The site runs on iSolutions infrastructure in Luxembourg. Your data stays on servers in Luxembourg and is not transferred to third countries.
Cookies
This site sets only one technically necessary session cookie when you submit the form. There is no advertising tracking.
